First visit story

The Open Pad Class experience

All combat sport levels — amateur and pro boxing, amateur and pro MMA, first timers welcome

Open Pad Class is deliberately simple. You arrive on Wednesday or Sunday, pay as you go, and step into coached rounds where Coach Reg gives you real padwork without making the class feel intimidating.

The room can hold very different levels because the pads meet the athlete in front of them. A first-timer learns rhythm and confidence. An amateur or pro boxer sharpens timing and output. MMA fighters get focused striking work.

Is this for me?

Amateur and pro boxers wanting sharp coached rounds.
